For extended stays, we use a simple occupancy agreement and ask guests to review and agree to the house guidelines prior to check-in. Identity verification, credit/income, proof of employment may also be required.
A refundable security deposit is required for mid-term stays.
Utilities are included with reasonable use.
Monthly housekeeping may be required for longer stays; additional cleaning may apply as needed.
The home is for registered guests only no subletting or additional occupants.
