• For extended stays, we use a simple occupancy agreement and ask guests to review and agree to the house guidelines prior to check-in.
• A refundable security deposit (typically $1,000–$1,500) is required for mid-term stays.
• Utilities are included with reasonable use.
• Monthly housekeeping is required for longer stays; additional cleaning may apply as needed.
• The home is for registered guests only — no subletting or additional occupants.
• Maintenance access may be needed with advance notice.
• House rules apply for the entire duration of the stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
