Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
Please bring your own pet bedding and towels.
Clean up after your dog.
Please dry your dog before bringing them inside.
Dogs may not be left unattended at the property, in accordance with Sonoma County regulations.
Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside.

House Rules & Rental Agreement
The primary guest must sign the House Rules and Rental Agreement before check-in and is responsible for ensuring that everyone in their group understands and follows the property rules.

Booking Requirements
The person making the reservation must be an adult and the primary guest. They are responsible for the entire group and for compliance with the House Rules and Rental Agreement.
$300 Security Deposit Hold
A $300 security deposit hold is required 2 days before arrival.
For Airbnb reservations, the hold is collected through a secure payment link outside of Airbnb. For VRBO reservations, the deposit is collected at the time of booking.
The hold is released after departure, provided no damage or other reportable issues are identified following your stay.
Road Access & Parking
The property is located down a winding, single-lane backcountry road. We strongly recommend arriving during daylight hours, especially for your first visit, as the road can be more challenging to navigate after dark.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the designated onsite spaces. Additional parking may not be available.
Steps & Accessibility
Darby’s Destination is a multi-level home accessible only by stairs. Guests should be comfortable navigating steps and stairs. The property may not be suitable for guests requiring step-free access.

Outdoor Fire Pit
For safety and compliance with Sonoma County short-term vacation rental regulations, the wood-burning fireplace is not available for guest use.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
