Security Deposit Hold

A $300 hold is placed 2 days before arrival.
Released after checkout if no damage is reported.

Spa Hot Tub

Please shower after visiting the river and wear a clean swimsuit before entering. This protects the spa water from algae and ensures a pristine experience for all guests.

Pets

We welcome dogs under 50 lbs.
We kindly ask:

No pets on furniture
Pick up all waste
Do not leave dogs unattended
No cats or other animals (allergy-sensitive home)

Driveway

The gravel road leading to the property is part of the forest charm. Please drive 10 MPH or slower for safety. We recommend arriving before sundown the first time to the property.

Wildlife & Tick Awareness

This is a true nature retreat. Expect wildlife such as deer, owls, raccoons, foxes, and more.
Wear long sleeves/pants on wooded trails and check pets after exploring.

Flies

Occasional flies may appear due to the rural environment despite regular cleaning.

Hot Tub Safety

The hot tub is not child-proof. Please supervise children at all times.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
